We offer a variety of classes to change it up, from high intensity Bootcamps, Tabata and TRX Force, to moderate intensity Deep Barre, FXP HulaHoop, and CardioHipHop as well as restorative Revive Yoga. We also offer Personal Training, L250 Training and the VersaSpa Machine Spray Tanning service.
