I frequent this store, 3-4 times per month. I know some of the kids working there. The product is obviously amazing, the kids do their best to help and there is open public seating in the store....

Service was terrible. My server kept asking another to make my milkshake. She went in to care for the next client even though the other server said no that she was busy. I said cancel my order....

Terrible service, place is a mess! Ordered a milkshake and a Sunday, guy rolled his eyes so hard when taking the order. Made the drink, didn't say anything and threw the straw across the counter....

Regular run of the mill icecream spot. No outstanding flavors. Service was good. Place was clean.

I was visiting Nashville with my two daughters and we had a craving for some ice cream. It more than satisfied our craving for ice cream! Loved it!
