asked for about an inch off the back and feathered on the sides..oh no..the "beauty school drop out " layered my hair so there is only an inch or so of hair on each layer..I have never had my hair...

asked for layers and told her i didn't want any length off the bottom layer of my hair, she chopped about 3 inches off, very dissatisfied and it's unfixable. will have to grow out.

If Great Clips would get rid of "T" and those others who lie for him this Salon would again become, hopefully, what used to be a great hair style and cutting salon again. My personal experience...
