I believe that excellent personal service and attention to the client is the first priority and is the key requirement to have a successful outcome. Of course, I will use modern techniques of legal research, fact investigation and methods of communication with my clients but nothing replaces my individual attention and my personal contact with the client. I have a legal assistant and she does a phenomenal job assisting me and keeping my clients informed but it is ultimately my job to make sure the client is kept informed as I try to achieve their goals.
