First and foremost, we have stayed here at Gatlinburg Falls Resort many times. It has been probably 5-6 years since the last stay and we were shocked, dismayed and disgusted at the accommodations...

I'll keep it brief and to the point. We stayed at "Fantasy in the Sky" cabin for a week this past summer 2025. Very filthy, hot tub leaking and moldy, A/C not working, bathrooms filthy, floors...

EDITED TO ADD: since the manager has replied with another "too bad, it's not our fault" reply with the ridiculous excuse that they accurately did not list wifi as an amenity-- YOU'RE STILL MISSING...

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. They did not refund us for our roach infested stay and they were already fully aware that their guests were being welcomed into their roach...
