Ate lunch via the Flying Sobies food truck at the Food Truck park at Winchester & Getwell last week. I have to say, without a doubt, this was the BEST meal I have ever had from a food truck....

Lemon pepper smoked hen and Memphis gold fried hen were both amazing. Fries were seasoned perfectly. Peach and waffles was incredible.
