I would never rent form these people. They do not care abut their buildings and are very reluctant to help with repairs. They expect you to pay rent and take care of any major issues yourself. No...

Very hard to contact when there is an issue and most issues fall on the business owner to pay for repairs. They don't take good care of their buildings. HVAC unit has been leaking almost 9 weeks...
