I regularly use this FedEx location and have recieved excellent service. While the employees are not particularly over friendly, they do their jobs efficiently.

What is wrong with the operation out of Knoxville? Another stay at home all day waiting for signature required packages. FedEx App says they are on a local truck for delivery today but nothing.

Just crappy delivery service from Knoxville, lost boxes or delivered to tge wrong house.
