Super friendly service... But if you ask them to ship anything that wasn't personally packed, you have a 505/50 chance of it being done properly. I Shipped a few guitars, and consider myself...

Love this office. Cliff and his staff are knowledgeable and so friendly. It has the vibe of a small town business conveniently housed within a Walmart. I live taking my business here.
