The Fayetteville Lincoln County Museum Event Center is the only public venue in Lincoln County dedicated to preserving and showcasing artifacts from the community's history. Housed within the historic Borden Milk Plant, which was constructed in 1927 and later donated by the William R. Carter family, the museum serves as a vital resource for local heritage since its establishment as a museum in 1987.

Operated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the museum is managed by a board of directors and relies on tax-deductible donations to support its operations. Free tours are offered by volunteer docents, making it an accessible destination for those interested in exploring Fayetteville's rich history.

It's such a blessing to have the Fayetteville Lincoln Country Museum! They do such fun crafts for my grandchildren. They love it!

I wish I would have taken more photos of this museum because it was a great venue for a wedding reception. I'm a sucker for twinkle lights, so the setup in the outdoor entryway was just darling....
