Established in 1925, Father Ryan High School is a Catholic coeducational high school located in Nashville, Tenn. It offers programs and courses in grades nine through 12 in various subjects, including English, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, health, special education and foreign languages. The school also offers advanced placement courses in studio art design, European history, music theory, French, calculus, statistics, chemistry, Spanish and Latin. It provides educational programs to more than 900 students with over 75 full-time faculty members. It maintains an average class size of 19 students with student teacher ratio of 11:1. Father Ryan High School is accredited by the Southern Association of Independent Schools and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
