Needed to be seen for 2nd degree burn. The staff very friendly, the NP assured my keeping burn clean has helped. They dressed my arm and provided the silvadeen cream. Much better 4 days after...

I would give no stars if that was an option, the rudest lady on the phone I couldn't believe so I called back and told her I record my calls and we will be reporting her to the board, she hung up.

This place absolutely sucks!!! I had an appointment for 2:50 and they literally had me waiting till 4:45. They are soo slow it's pathetic. Don't waste your time with this place!!!!!
