They do a good job. They aren't very organized though, and I did show up twice with it not being completely finished. It was a bit annoying but still the work was great and cheap.

Worst ever. Brought jeans on a Saturday and they said they would have ready following Thursday. Came next Saturday morning and they hadn't started on them. They told me to come back after 2pm....

I've had a couple of things done pretty well at Ericka's, but the bad experiences far outweigh the good. On multiple garments Ive waited on repairs only to come pick them up at the scheduled time...
