Staff is very rude. This is absolutely my worst experience with Enterprise. I had a reservation and paid for a ride to get there on time. I stood in line 25 minutes and when I get to the counter...

I'm usually rather pleased with this location but I've noticed the past couple of rentals I have reserved are put to the side due to insurance claims but they don't have the decency to call to let...

Many people don't understand enterprises operation. It's a tough gig. Hats off to the new manager, Cayden, as he just took over this store 2 days ago and has been phenomenal at customer service...
