History

Opened in the fall of 2011 by husband & wife team of Eric Ruhm & Sara Jane Schmeltzer. Our goal is to be clean, convenient, affordable, and focused on results for you. We started our repair and service business in 2015 and are the only certified repair technicians in the Mountain Empire. We will give you an estimate within 24 hours and are always looking for the right fix at the least cost.

Energy Fitness is a 24 hour downtown, local, convenient, clean, and friendly fitness facility that has been serving clients in the Johnson City area since 2011. Our gym offers month to month memberships as well as personal training and nutritional counseling. We also specialize in commercial and home fitness equipment repair, service, and sales.
