History

I completed a 30 year career as a police officer and trainer. I then transitioned to personal training based on my love to train and equip people. It has developeded into self defense and active Shooter by demand.

Specialties

We offer Personal Training, Nutritional counseling, Self Defense (based on 30 yrs of law enforcement training) and Active Shooter defense for churches, schools and busniess. We do it all!!
