History

We started in 2002 after seeing how technicians in the 3 major fields of home mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing/gas, and HVAC). Understanding the big box companies what they charge and most have sales and up-sell quota. I thought about how I would feel in the customers situation I have a major repair that needs to be done that's stressful enough. Most customers just want to get back to normal and trust that the person giving them the quote is properly trained and doesn't realize that the tech is being pressured to have a certain amount in sales or a certain quantity of specific items. That they're getting what's know as SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Funds) extra commission. I believe the customer should know every option that is available to properly resolve the customers issue or job. Giving the person whom is paying for the job the knowledge. Let the customer make an informed decision. To treat them and the job like I would want to be treated.
