Understaffed, and the staff there was unorganized, foul-mouthed and rude to customers. Out of SEVERAL popular items.

Very understaffed. They need help big time. I had to wait 20 min before someone was able to take my order. When I got to the counter, they were out of most bagels and cream cheese. Not sure why...
