David A. Wiles, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dr. Wiles is highly skilled in minimally invasive surgery, providing personalized care and attention with every procedure since 1997.Dr. Wiles received his bachelors degree from Auburn University in Alabama. He then went on to complete his doctorate in medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Wiles pursued neurosurgery residency training and a general surgery internship at the University of Tennessees Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.He received further specialized training under internationally-known spine surgeons, Dr. Peter Klara, Dr. Kevin Foley, and Dr. Maurice Smith. Following his training, he opened his first practice, East Tennessee Brain & Spine Center.
