Wherever I go I can make latte with cream. But this location said that they won't do it for me and the excuse is that the cream will brake the machine. Lool what a joke. I just wasted my time...

Since I end up finishing making my own bagel each time I've been there because they are too lazy to to do what a customer pays for. It is way cheaper to go to Walmart and making it the way I like....
