One man working by himself today .. long line .. he was very friendly . Line moved slow as Christmas . This is just bad a Dunkin . It is . They never have anything, almost always out of donuts...

Customer service said a manager would reach our, but they didn't leave a voicemail if they did call. So please see my Chai latte I waited almost an hour for. Yup, straight hot milk. Don't waste...

Second time I've gone to this location and they've said the drive thru is "broken" and "we aren't open inside" at 7:15am. They had two high school aged kids sitting at a table (not in a uniform)...

We waited in line with 1 other car and we sat there waiting for 10 minutes and they couldn't bother to take our order, it wasint busy at all and when we gave them our order they got the drunk wrong
