Every time I get a bagel from here it's burnt. Literally the only problem with this place. The staff are friendly. The Coffee is good. Just don't get a bagel unless you want it burnt.

Order accuracy is abysmal. I have to check each item before leaving the window. If they have an issue with me holding up the line to do that, they only have themselves blame.
