The service was great, the dress is gorgeous, the only complaint i have is that she didn't tell me about the $75 alteration fee until after they altered it.

Do not get alterations here. But if you insist, make them write down everything you want and sign it. Otherwise, there is a very good chance you will be left with a horrible sewing job and...
