Doesnt update their app so don't order on a time crunch they'll use your gift card however not deliver the food to certain areas even though it's within the apps limitstions

When I got home, one of my pizzas was burnt to a crisp. Called and asked for a credit and I was told that I was lying about the pizza and that because of the way I talked to him I would be banned...
