I personally have never had a problem. Staff is always friendly and I can usually find what I need. I will say that sometimes checkout takes forever. But, that's it.

Staff is fairly friendly although I noticed they do tend to follow people around and it made me feel slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, I go to this location.
