Brentwood Academy is a college-preparatory school with dual accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Southern Association of Independent Schools. It offers advanced placement courses in calculus, chemistry, United States history, English literature and language, European history, physics, French language and literature, Latin and Spanish language. Its fine arts department offers classes in visual and graphic arts, band, chorus, drama, forensics, dance, and design. Its Duncan Memorial Library provides a general resource collection to support the curriculum of the school. Its Winterim program provides educational enrichment experiences outside the traditional classroom, such as service projects, cultural trips and classes, internships and college visits and is located in Brentwood, Tenn.
