EVERYtime I schedule an appointment here to get service done like once again today, my car doesn't get pulled in until 45-60 min AFTER my scheduled time. I'm sick of this happening back to back...

Called the store at 8:30am was told they would be able to get me in for new tires and alignment. Got to the store 30 mins later stood in line for 20mins was told the car would be ready by 1pm....

Sales man tried to do a hard sell on me said I needed new tires at 30000 miles and refused to rotate tires. Even though I did the penny test and had plenty of life left in 60k tires and rotated...
