Direct heating and air are the best folks in Knoxville. At 9:00 am contacted them because our heating unit was acting like an air conditioner. Brrrrr..... by noon the contact that was broken...

Our air went out on the hottest day of the year. At 5:05pm on Saturday, we called Ivan and he was at our house within the hour. He was reasonably priced and gave a year warranty on his work....
