The tech they sent was very friendly and even though with all he knew about AC it was obvious that I knew nothing about it, he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That's big in my book....

Save your time and money!! Called these guys to fix my restaurant AC and they spent 3 days attempting to fix the problem. Meanwhile I am losing customers to a hot restaurant. Had to call another...
