Dr. Creazzo is a board certified Foot and Ankle specialist and has been active in his profession since starting his practice in Morristown in 1993. He is board certified by The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a diplomat of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a member of The American Podiatric Medical Association and The Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association. He specializes in many different conditions of the foot and ankle including arthritis, foot joint replacements, Achilles tendon injuries, foot and ankle sport injuries, bunions, hammer toes, ingrown toenails, heel pain, diabetic foot care, and fractures of the foot and ankle.
