When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Gingerich enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, hunting, golfing, and boating. Dr. David Koelsch is a board-certified general surgeon with more than 20 years of medical experience. As a general surgeon, Dr. Koelsch enjoys the ability to physically impact a disease, especially the ability to cure cancer. When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Koelsch can be found enjoying East Tennessee, especially hiking, boating, and fishing. “I was born in Knoxville with deep roots in the East Tennessee area. I’m excited to provide surgical care to our community.”

Dr. William Dallas is a board-certified general and vascular surgeon with more than 30 years of medical experience at Oak Ridge Surgeons in Oak Ridge, TN. Dr. Dallas said he was drawn to his medical specialty because of the techniques used to treat arterial and venous disease. When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Dallas enjoys being with his family. “I will work with my patients to determine the best treatment plan for their illness and symptoms.”
