D.A.D.S. (Divine Alternatives for Dads Services) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1999 with a mission to combat fatherlessness in America. Led by Marvin Charles, CEO, and Jeanett Charles, COO, D.A.D.S. provides a supportive community for fathers, helping them overcome relational and legal barriers to reconnect with their children and families. Their vision is to break the cycle of family violence and dysfunction, improving the lives of children and empowering fathers to become catalysts for change in their communities.

Through their comprehensive services, including case management, child support assistance, document preparation, family reunification, parenting classes, and support groups, D.A.D.S. aims to make a positive impact on fathers, families, and communities.
