Just spent 2 hours on hold for a service help. They have no customer service working evidently. Down water cooler with no way to talk to a human. Bad service.
I cannot believe the poor customer service and poor service over all. My delivery schedule was changed without my knowledge or consent. I have spend countless hours on hold waiting to speak to...
