A few months back I took a watch in to add links to it. After at least 20 minutes of him complaining about my watch links he hands it back to me "finished" for the links to be completely lopsided...

We have used Coy's for years, for replacing batteries and a few jewelry repairs and have always been satisfied until today. Last week my husband took 2 watches to have batteries put in them....
