Established in 1994, Covenant Transportation Group is a Nevada-based holding company that provides a range of truckload services. It is a publicly traded company that operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, including Covenant Transport, Covenant Asset Management, Southern Refrigerated Transport, CTG Leasing Company, CVTI Receivables Corporation, Star Transportation, Volunteer Insurance Limited and Covenant Transport Solutions. The company operates more than 3,500 tractors and over 9,500 trailers. It maintains terminals in Tennessee, Texas, California, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Florida and North Carolina. The company offers transportation services to clients throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. It provides refrigerated, hauling and freight services.
