About Covenant Heating and Cooling In 2010, Jonathan Bibb and his wife Stacey opened Covenant Heating and Cooling, with a unique business presence. Beginning with the motto of “Providing Excellence in Comfort Solutions,” Covenant Heating and Cooling offered more than just simple HVAC services.
