Corky s BBQ specializes in slow-cooked, Memphis-style barbecued meat and ribs. Ordered the 1/3 slab rib dinner (half dry rub and half wet rub), onion loaf, Mac & cheese, southern green beans, cheese grits, and iced sweet tea. The 1/3 slab rib was pretty salty. The wet rub...

Ordered take out, waited in the drive thru for pick up to be told I would have to come inside for pickup. Ridiculous, the tiny parking lot had no spaces available! Went inside and spent 20 minutes...

Recommend trying their dry rub ribs, toasted dinner roll and white cheddar grits! Great service and allows you to change your sides.
