History

People always ask me....why pimento cheese? It's an easy answer for me! I grew up in the south with two amazing grandmothers who definitely knew how to cook. But one of my fondest food memories came from my grandmother Betty. She LOVED pimento cheese sandwiches. One of my favorite memories is eating pimento cheese sandwiches with her. We had the best conversations over those cheesy delicious sandwiches. I know she would be proud of the recipe that we have finally perfected and named Cook's Pimento Cheese. Once we perfected the recipe, we set out to share it with everyone. We bought a food truck and began grilling and serving our Classic pimento cheese on every curb. Everyone enjoyed it so much that they began asking for more! So.....here we are bringing the best pimento cheese to you to enjoy anytime, anywhere.
