Comprehensive Community Services

The Cumberland River Comprehensive Care Center is a private, nonprofit organization that offers services for patients suffering from mental illnesses and developmental disabilities. Chicago Computer Society is one of the largest personal computer user groups in Chicago. It offers members a wide range of educational and networking opportunities. Chicago Computer Society s members are provided opportunities to interact with those who share similar interests, explore new computer-related topics and showcase computer knowledge and leadership skills. Each special interest group meeting has an open forum where members bring their questions and help answer the questions of other members. The meetings feature questions on getting started, how to make applications work and latest developments from the information technology industry. The meetings include announcements of the society s activities, and often include various feature presentations. Each meeting has a coordinator and a steering committee that select programs of interest to the group.
