UPDATE: came here tonight (to give them another chance) and got burned again! I took a bite of my ice cream in front of the employee who made it and immediately bit into a hair that was 12+ inches...

Ice cream did not taste right. It was watered down and just didn't have a good taste to it...What happened to cold stone?? I thought it was supposed to be the best ice cream around? Don't recommend.

Came in with a huge order for my coworkers, everybody requesting their ice cream in waffle cones and bowls. This order would have been well over $150.00. The 1 worker who took forever to come up...
