Dr. Leventhal is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with over 32 years of experience. His practice is focused on general orthopedic surgery both operative and non-operative. Dr. Leventhal earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at The Campbell Clinic, Inc. He completed a fellowship in spine surgery at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Leventhal is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Simard is a dual board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement, shoulder and arthroscopic surgery. He utilizes the latest technologies including Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery for partial knee, total knee and hip replacement surgery. Dr. Simard received his medical degree from Laval University School of Medicine in Quebec, Canada. After completing his orthopedic residency, he went to the Mayo Clinic as a visiting physician doing rotations in hip, knee and shoulder reconstructions and then did a trauma fellowship at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Simard also served on staff at a teaching hospital as a clinical instructor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He was involved in many research projects and has given numerous presentations at different orthopedic conferences.

Dr. Waggoner is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal disorders, minimally-invasive spinal surgery, adult reconstruction and total joint replacement. He completed his fellowship in spine disorders at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and he was one of the first surgeons in Memphis to utilize the O-Arm for minimally-invasive spinal procedures. Dr. Waggoner is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society.
