since they have lost 3 million to a patient they screwed up after her botched nose cancer surgery, you can't get your records released . they don't want to release your records to lose the $$ ....

Great facility. They aren't going to take drastic actions, cut n stitches or chemo, when the report says minor problem. The other in Hixson which is closer to my home over reacted. Thank u Dr Banks
