My name is David and I'm from Florida and my wife Cathy is from Alabama, I retired from the AF in Montana and moved to Blackhawk SD in 2015, We are starting our business in May 2018, We are offering some delicious Southern BBQ here in the Dakota's, I've been smoking meats for the last 20 plus years while in the Air Force, we smoke all of our meats and sides low and slow using many variety of woods, to include: Hickory, Maple, Oak, Cherry, Pecan, and Apple. Our sides are smoked as well to include smoked Mac N Cheese, Baked Beans, Potatoes, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and Meats are Briskets, Chicken, Ribs, Pork Butt, Tenderloin, Brats and Sausages.
