For the most part they are ok. They however need people who know how to talk to adults like they are adults instead of talking to them like a child in a condescending way.

Don't waste your time..it sounds good especially when you don't have much to put down or have bad credit but I've learned my lesson the hard way dealing with them and I cannot wait until I get out...
