Got the fish and chicken dinner combo. It was very good. Fresh and hot, hushpuppies were very good as well..the maccaroni & cheese was fresh and so was the slaw. Will come back again.

At our Madisonville, TN location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

This is our favorite captain ds ,the food was delicious the employees were helpful with menu and care. They also try to keep it nice and clean

I love the blackened tilapia fish meal and my children love the crispy fish meal. The service is always friendly and you don't have to wait forever for your food.

Always great meals and they never forget any items we ordered or sauces that we need; and this is through the drive-thru. Staff is always extra friendly too! We normally order 2 3-piece fish...
