This agency is nothing but bad news for their clients but their debtors too. A lot of law breaking with this company and many communication problems..........STAY AWAY FROM PAYING THEM OR GIVING...

Do Not use this company. I am a business that used them for delinquent accounts. They had virtually no success and charged me for account inactivity. Beware!
