Not the biggest fan of the tasting experience. I had an 18 year old pour the liquor and didn't give me any details about the product. Didn't offer to give me water, didn't recommend anything, etc....
Food was good. We were there for a concert. Every line we were in was 90 minutes long. They really aren't prepared to serve the thousands for their events
After a visit to Brushy mountain penitentiary- we stopped at the aptly named Brushy Mountain Distillery. It is a nice visit. They have a tasting station where for a small fee you try multiple...
While you're at the prison, check out the distillery at the entrance. Do a tasting and try some of their different liquors. Why try to name them ... just do the 5 for $5 samples.
