Brooks Brothers - Closed

Exemplary staff and the store itself is always up to Brooks Brothers standards. This place is one of the only reasons I drive over 50 miles to Nashville.

Very aloof sales staff. One associate did not know what a collarless T-shirt was literally. The other did not smile. This is the antithesis of Nordstrom customer service.
