Speedway Motorsports hosts nearly 20 NASCAR events at its tracks every year and derives approximately 80 percent of its total revenues from NASCAR-sanctioned events. The company also provides souvenir merchandising through SMI Properties, which manufactures and distributes smaller-scale, modified racing cars through 600 Racing, as well as broadcasts syndicated racing programs through Performance Racing Network.
