HistoryClifford Cruze graduated from the University of Tennessee. After undergraduate school, he was a high school teacher for two years and served six years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. In 1974, he graduated from University of Memphis Law School and has practiced law since 1975. The majority of his legal work has been in the areas of Social Security Disability and Personal Injury. Clifford is a native of Knox County, Tennessee. He was raised on a family dairy farm, and from a young age, learned about manual labor and the hardships of working people. More importantly, he came to understand the difficulties and sacrifices that individuals and their families face when they become unable to work.
